Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items in original condition with full packaging.
Opened fragrances, used products, tester items, and personalized gift bundles are not eligible for return unless damaged on arrival.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number for immediate support.
Approved refunds are processed after inspection and typically completed within 5-10 business days via the original payment channel when possible.
